The apartment is located right in Newport city centre, which makes it a very convenient place to stay whether you’re here for work or leisure.

You’ll find shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets all within a short walk, along with Friars Walk Shopping Centre for cinema, dining and high-street stores. One of our local favourites is Newport Market, just a few minutes away, offering a great mix of independent food stalls, cafés and bars - perfect for breakfast, lunch or an evening bite.

The property is also close to Royal Gwent Hospital and the University of South Wales (Newport Campus), making it a popular choice for NHS staff, visiting professionals and university guests.

With Newport Train Station nearby and easy access to the M4, getting around South Wales and beyond is straightforward. Despite being so central, the area is practical, well-connected and ideal for longer stays.

One of the best things about this apartment is the central location — most places can be reached easily on foot. Newport city centre, Newport Market, shops, cafés and restaurants are all just a short walk away.

Newport Train Station is very close, with excellent connections to Cardiff, Bristol and London, making this a great base for work or leisure travel. Local buses also run nearby if you’re heading further afield.

If you’re arriving by car, there is free on-street parking for up to 1 hour outside the apartment, which is ideal for unloading. For longer parking, we recommend NCP Newport Station Approach or NCP Newport Multi-Storey, both secure and only a short walk away.

📌 Pre-Arrival Requirements
To protect the property and ensure a smooth check-in, guests are required to complete the following before arrival:

✔️ Provide a valid photo ID
✔️ Sign our short-let rental agreement
✔️ Pay a £100 refundable security deposit

The deposit is fully refunded after checkout, once the property has been inspected and no damage or excessive cleaning is required. Check-in details (including lockbox/entry instructions) will be shared once these steps are completed.

There is free on-street parking for up to 1 hour outside the apartment, which is ideal for arrival, unloading luggage, or short stops.

For longer parking, guests can use NCP Newport Station Approach or NCP Newport Multi-Storey, both just a short walk away and offering secure, paid parking.
We recommend checking availability and rates in advance, especially during peak times.

🧼 Cleaning Fee – What It Covers
The cleaning fee ensures the property is thoroughly prepared for your arrival. It covers fresh linen, towels, and a professional clean to a high standard.
However, it doesn’t cover excessive mess. We kindly ask guests to leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition and follow checkout instructions.

To help us maintain the space, we ask that you:
• Wipe kitchen surfaces after use
• Clean the dishes after use
• Place rubbish in the provided bin bags not any loose rubbish in the wheelie bins

Our team will handle the full clean once you check out, but extra cleaning due to negligence may be charged.
